Yesterday was Aidan's first baseball game. We went to see the Yankees play the Mariners. It was a great time and Aidan was very well behaved. He fell asleep a few times only to be startled out of it by the crowd cheering another player home. I suppose he will get used to it though. I think he might be a baseball fan after all. Good thing too, or his father might disown him!
Aidan was definitely a good luck charm, the Yankees won 8-2 and swept the series. I am sure there will be many more baseball games in his future but in a new stadium. At least we can tell him that his first game was in the historic Yankee Stadium where all the greats have played.
